想請版上的先進給我一些建議，
小弟今年32，目前在某中大型傳產擔任RD，其主要產品為特用化學品，
去年度總年薪約77w，朝八晚五，一年加不到五次班且有加班費，
今年度KPI若與去年水準一致預計大概會來到84w，
公司福利很一般，補助餐費(1800/月)，其他幾乎沒有，
