請教一下築地到上野

各位版大好…… 小女子要到東京自由行，最後一天是18:25飛機，所以15:00就要出發到機場，但是還有半天的時間，想說去築地再去上野公園再回新宿搭車到機場，這樣會不會太趕啊？還是版大有建議去築地完可以去哪裡逛逛呢？
