嘲諷文化為中心所衍生的法律爭議課題對文藝創作者而言，乃是應嚴肅對待的法律風險。
尤其在西方民主文化成熟之國家裡，對於自願性公眾人物的名譽權保障本較一般人民為低
，而受嘲諷的政治人物亦常有風度地一笑置之，不至於動輒以興訟對待。承前所述，有鑑
於嘲諷文化已成為台灣公民社會制衡政治的重要力量之一，其藝文創作工作者相關法律風
險與權益保護課題之探討，即成為饒富趣味的新興民主課題。
