飯店 保證金問題

我在香港的飯店刷郵局visa金融卡當保證金 退房的時候，他有在我面前把那當單子撕掉 但回來之後發現錢沒有進來 有去問過郵局，郵局說1個月錢會進來 但已經過了1個月了，錢還是沒有進來，這種狀況該怎麼辦:-S
