南法自駕有人用過google map嗎?

請問各位前輩，有人在南法自駕的時候使用手機的google map找路嗎? 因為在法國租導航很貴，我們打算在法國辦網路，利用手機內的google map找路但是不知道這樣會不會很快就把網路的500mb都吃光了? 或者在飯店先把地圖抓好，路上利用手機(離線狀態)的GPS來找路?
