[心得] 已30歲是否要接受輪班

有人說在如果給他一次機會他絕對不會找輪班工作，現在科技公司無論設備或助工等等幾乎都要輪班 ，有作二休二或四休二，比較好一點是早中晚三班輪8小時三個月換班一次。

小弟目前30歲最近有一間offer設備助工，薪資大概輪夜大約33k，3個月換班一次工時8小時，對方在等我回覆..

我是沒有做過夜班和輪班經驗，只有短暫過支援過幾次，也了解夜班對身體不好，小弟年紀有了，是否接受offer呢？
