[請問] Y拍的交易已完成，卻一直無法結案???

請問一下為何我Y拍上賣的物品已經完成，卻在該物品上遲須顯示得標狀態，
我進去訂單管理也選擇了對帳完成、貨物已寄出的選項，也確認對方收到物品，
但怎麼會被YAHOO提醒說未完成交易?

以前賣過也都很順利阿，請問有人知道是哪個環節出了問題嗎?
