MTF最原始的作用是呈現一顆鏡頭對於不同空間頻率的呈現能力
所以你至少可以看得出低頻(對比)跟高頻(細節)的表現如何
再進一步有可能依照不同曲線的分布來推測一些光學特性(像散、像場變化、焦點偏移...)
