麵條本身彈得出奇，在熱湯中也不顯軟爛，更讓人期待如果是最能展現烏龍麵口感的冷麵作法究竟能表現的如何。份量上也給的足夠，算是一個成年男性可以飽足的份量。對於這餐來說，光是這個麵條就讓人回味再三，足以讓我再訪。
