昨天我在网上无意中看到了民间借贷邦 这个网站，不明白它是干什么的就进去看了一下，发现里面都是一些借款信息和放款信息，我有些不明白，我国银行这么多，连乡镇都有好几家，哪个不能借款？民间借贷邦这样的网站有必要存在吗，为什么那上面借钱的人有那么多？
