小妹下星期二(3/12)會去台北玩五天，想看看紅葉。請問屆時在陽明山及桃園石門水庫有機會看到紅葉嗎? 另外，我也想到草嶺古道走走。聽說最近的芒花季活動剛結束，但十二月初仍有機會看到芒花嗎? 先行感謝各位大大!
