剛買的新房子是在住商混合區
買之前沒發現隔壁棟樓上是ktv(傳統的，非錢櫃好樂迪）
現在每天唱到半夜，吵翻了！
強烈懷疑他們沒做隔音，不然怎麼會這麼吵
跟環保署檢舉也沒什麼用
