高雄市港全力拚觀光，近來傳出港區排班計程車對郵輪旅客漫天喊價，台灣港務公司規勸
，運將不理睬；鼓山輪渡站前有排班計程車「占位」衍生人車爭道等交通亂象，相關單位
會勘未見改善，「小黃的隱憂」衝擊觀光發展。
