（中央社記者王淑芬高雄26日電）高雄市都市發展局長盧維屏今天說，為了讓旗津觀光可
以久留遊客，市府解編中洲國小和港埠地，可釋出40公頃住宅和觀光用地。

市府估算旗津區每年約有500萬人次的遊客，但是受限於環境與服務設施不足，市府加速
旗津區都市計畫通盤檢討，要落實「旗津觀光大島發展計畫」。
