小弟最近都再騎腳踏車減肥 昨天晚上路過中央公園的捷運出口處(靠公園的出口)
有一名外籍男子(自稱台灣人 母親台灣 父親俄羅斯 稱來台29年)
來跟小弟搭話 請求小弟協助
他說他在墾丁當調酒師 認識了一群高雄的朋友(他說衝浪認識)
約他上來高雄玩 可是他朋友藉故不理他 放他鴿子
