大家好，不知道大家遇到過這個情況沒有，我們在義大利TRENITALIA網站訂票，用信用卡支付的，支付完了，返回後頁面，顯示finalizing your order然後就馬上跳轉到查詢界面，然後就顯示連接錯誤，未進行任何購買。然後我們打電話回國一查，上海信用卡中心説錢已經扣了，這可怎麼辦？已經等了一天了，沒人知道怎麼辦麼？我們沒有賬號，因為這幾天TRENITALIA網站説在升級，不能註冊，所以我們沒用賬號購買的。被扣了...
