小弟我已經訂好11/8~11/13新千歲進.函館出的行程由於是第一次到北海道自由行，所以路線都比較大眾化其中3晚住札幌HOTEL GRACERY SAPPORO 另外2晚住函館LOISIR HAKODATE 雖然查了一些旅遊票券的訊息，但不確定是否真的符合需求，想請大家幫忙看看有沒有另外的建議 D1：新千歲 →札幌市區（利用贈送的JR車票） D2－D3：札幌＆小樽，利用SAPPORO-OTARU Welcome Pass（1500日圓） D4...
