請問12月初的京都晚上可以去哪裡？

我是楓葉季的尾端要去京都想請問12月初的京都，五點過後有什麼地方適合散步？我想到兩個地方是鴨川和三条通我知道夏季有鴨川的納涼床可看但冬季的鴨川夜晚，會不會什麼都沒有呢？會很冷、很不適合散步嗎？至於三条通（應該說從錦天滿到新京極到三条通一帶）聽說日本商店都很早關門會不會晚上什麼都沒有了呢？
