這應該是騙子無誤!!因為我家也遇過，而且被騙錢了(哭哭~)
不知道是不是同一個人，不過我家也在東區，在小北百貨後方，
當時是四月的某個下雨天晚上也曾經碰到一個戴眼鏡，
三十多歲的女的說要借三千塊住院錢，也說隔天會馬上還......
