辦42號球衣退休儀式。李維拉也在全場4萬9千多名球迷面前，揭開洋基球場中外野牆外的
紀念公園(Monument Park)牆上的42號，並感謝球迷這19年來的支持，表示，「紐約洋基
永遠都會是我的家人。」
