美國聯邦法院今天稍早確認，前舊金山巨人隊強打邦茲(Barry Bonds)於2003年在法庭上所犯下的妨礙司法罪名，確實成立；而若最終宣判的結果沒有意外，邦茲將因此服30天的「自宅軟禁」（軟禁於邦茲的私人住所）刑期以及2011年判決後的2年緩刑。
