關於簽證漲價的問題

網路上看到9/1開始簽證要漲價了，問題是我還在當兵，9/1才退伍，歸鄉跟護照都來不及換他就漲了而且還漲蠻多的（100多aud），想請問這樣我該怎麼辦？是認命等辦完歸鄉換完護照在申請還是直接用舊護照申請（舊的期限還有一兩年的樣子）
