キャンセル料は原則的に3日前から発生いたします。3日前～前日が、ご宿泊代金の20％、当日が50％、ご連絡のない場合は全額となっております。但し、天災など不慮の原因の場合はかからないこともございますので、お電話にて問い合わせくださいませ。我用線上翻譯，好像是說，三天前到前一天取消，要陪償20%、當天取消是50%，後面就看不太懂了，請問它後文的意思是？還有是否在住宿日的三天前取消的話，是不用罰金的，是嗎？...
