請教一下可以在沒有網路的狀況下 可以使用像GARMIN一樣的有地圖跟導航功能嗎

我使用的手機Acer E2 我爬了一下前文好像沒看到類似的討論串

只有提到發哥的GPS定位功能不好 需要epo星曆(Orz...其實我完全看不懂)
