在此請問各位大哥大姐小弟我爬了許多文(每天背包客棧2-3小時)，關於農場的工作，大家好像都會找工頭所以對於農場的模式有點疑問 1.所有農場BOSS都只會委託工頭找人嗎? 2.一般來說發薪等各種問題也只會透過工頭? 3.工頭怎麼有各個國籍人物，他們跟仲介(幫忙找工作的)一樣嗎? 小弟簽證已核發，預計8月底到布里斯本:-D 小弟第一次發文(有爬過文找不到)，懇請大哥大姐解惑~謝謝
