關於「函館、JR、電車2日放題券」的使用問題

請問一下各位，下面這一個函館2日券： 1. 可以坐JR到大沼公園嗎？ 2. 是否可以坐JR的特急列車的自由席呢？ 另外，就是，在函館場機，能夠買到巴士電車1日券或是巴士電車2日券嗎？ 謝謝！
