整個房子處於一個交通非常便利的地方，大概500米以內有一家ALDI，距離woolworth，coles大概1-2公里。門口不遠就是多家飯店，生活絕對舒適。

房間位於southern cross 火車站旁，樓下有75，86，96及多路電車，5分鐘內到火車站，出行便利。
周圍有各式便利商店，7-11，coles， IGA。速食店 Hungry Jacks， red rooster， 日餐館， 咖啡店。 生活設施極全。
公寓為兩室一衛，全屋住滿最多5人，現在招一名室友share。所有室友都有工作，作息時間正常，隨和好相處。
傢俱齊全，床，書桌，衣架。
