[問題] 想請教有關鏡頭維修事宜？

我的過保tokina 50-135mm for nikon的變焦環轉動卡卡的，從沒摔過，記得我是在那直幅拍照時，轉動變焦環就開始出現轉動不順，之後135端就一直很難轉到底，要很用力轉才轉的過去，50端還可以轉，拍照都正常。
今天就送去網路推薦的台中老賴，老實說老闆整個感覺有點敷衍，他拿了鏡頭稍微轉了一下，就跟我說估大約3000才可以幫拆解維修，而且說要排入他的送修進度需25-30個工作日，然後留下資料後就離開了，也沒給我憑證之類的送修證明，我只討了張明片，令我有點不安, 怕到時後打電話又報價更高。
我沒去其它家，因為我也不懂，想說花錢了事，只是想請教真的有值這個價嗎？還是我該去拿回再請別家估價嗎？
不知道這邊的先進有無這類的送修經驗。
