去中輕井澤的石之教會可以搭這飯店的巴士過去嗎?

有前輩分享， 如果騎自行車從輕井澤過去石之教會， 回程會有很長的上坡路， 所以搭這Hotel Bleston Court(ホテル ブレストンコート)的免費接駁巴士到飯店後， 步行過去石之教會比較近， 然後再坐接駁巴士回輕井澤~ 我的問題是~ 1.沒住這家飯店也可以搭這巴士?(怕失禮被趕下車)! 2.那回頭只在輕井澤車站附近活動逛街，晚上就回東京，還需要再租自行車嗎?
