長崎到熊本所要搭乘的交通

想請問 從長崎到熊本所要搭乘的交通工具是JR比較方便嗎? 還有JR的時刻表(我找不到.. 我是從羽田轉機至長崎.在長崎待個3天在搭車到熊本.最後再從熊本搭機回羽田 這樣需要買JR3日票嗎? 我一直搞不懂... 請救救我..謝謝!!
