台胞證上英文名字與機票上的不同

我們遇到了非常麻煩的問題,
一開始沒注意到護照上的英文拼音跟台胞證上的不同,
機票上的名字都用護照上的英文拼音,
去程看護照沒問題且人已經到了重慶.
但回程機票上的名字跟台胞證上的不一樣,
這樣一定不能出關登機,
打去旅行社他說大陸航空不能改名字了,
一定要重新買票,一人要兩萬,兩人就四萬了,
而重慶這邊也沒辦法改台胞證上的英文拼音.

住宿地點是上野御徒町的super hotel
第一次自由行(並帶小孩),雖然爬了不少文,但仍有疑慮,還請大大幫我詳細解答~
1.爬完文後,似乎最適合新手的我到住宿點的交通工具是搭skyliner.但請問不轉車到上野後(這是所謂的京成上野站嗎?),我要如何到上野御徒町站ㄋ?(因爬文結果,說從御徒町站南口較快到super hotel) 或是我該如何走才能快又順利到達御徒町的super hotel?
2.若回程我是搭晚上6:30的日航,我需要幾點從上野搭車...
