求助！台中机场到达，关于台中和埔里的行程设计

新手旅游，10月1号就出发了，现在完全没有头绪。。。之前台中的票没有了，买到台北，结果现在补到台中的票了
下午4点达到机场，因为走的小三通，不用通关，应该半小时肯定能出来了
我住宿在台中车站附近，刚查了地图才发现机场到台中车站不是一般的远。。。现在初步计划如下，帮我看看
1、4点半带着行李打车到东海大学，计划半小时，车资400元，耗时半小时到达，5点开始在学校里头逛半个多小时，出来在艺术街附近买点东西垫肚...
